Awesome!!! He came out and had us up and running!! Thank you thank you 100% recommend!! It was 700 at night and he was fast on getting back too us and getting here to fix our unit!!

Our A/C decided to quit on the hottest day of the year, and I honestly didn’t expect anyone to get to us that fast. The owner, Rudy, came out himself, found the problem, and had us back up and running in no time. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need—he just fixed the problem and got our house cool again. It’s hard to find people these days who show up when they say they will and do honest, quality work. If you need A/C work done, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call. We really appreciate the quick response and great service.

They are polite and respectful, they had me back chilling in the ac in no time. 10/10

Huge shoutout to Garza Air Solutions! So my mom’s AC went out about a week ago, and in this Alabama heat, that was no joke. I reached out to a friend who owns the company, and he was out the very next day to take a look. He quickly figured out the problem, ordered the part, and had everything back up and running as soon as it came in. Professional, responsive, HONEST, and great communication from start to finish. It’s hard to find businesses that truly care about their customers, but they definitely do at Garza’s. If you’re looking for someone you can trust for your HVAC needs, I highly recommend them. Thanks again for taking such good care of my mama!

I can’t thank Garza Air Solutions enough for the incredible service they provided during the already hot weather. Thankfully Rudy responded quickly, at around 9 pm at that, and was able to get out there the next morning. He was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and even sent pictures of him testing the parts, and showed what exactly went bad. He had our system up and running again in no time. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left, and his attention to detail really showed. In a time when reliable service means everything, Garza Air Solutions went above and beyond. Their honesty, prompt response, and exceptional customer service made a stressful situation so much easier. We truly appreciate Rudy for getting our home cool and comfortable again. If you need HVAC service, I highly recommend Garza Air Solutions. If you have the chance to have Rudy as your technician, you’re in excellent hands! I can’t thank this guy enough! I’ll definitely use Rudy and his company again anytime something happens regarding my HAVAC! 5 stars! Nothing less!
