Thankfully Rudy responded quickly, at around 9 pm at that, and was able to get out there the next morning. He was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and even sent pictures of him testing the parts, and showed what exactly went bad. He had our system up and running again in no time. The owner, Rudy, came out himself, found the problem, and had us back up and running in no time. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need—he just fixed the problem and got our house cool again.
